Advocate B.K. Singh (Bagesh Kumar Singh) has more than twenty years at the Bar. He appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and other High Courts, the district and commercial courts of Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad, and tribunals. His commercial work covers recovery and summary suits, contract and partnership disputes, injunctions, defence of commercial suits and execution of decrees. His computer science background helps in technology contracts and in cases that turn on electronic records and email trails.

Advocate Sadhna Singh is usually the first person a client speaks to. She reads the invoices, ledgers and correspondence, drafts notices and pleadings, attends mediation under Section 12A, and runs recovery and commercial court matters day to day, keeping the client informed at each hearing.

How the team works on a commercial matter
One advocate is responsible for your matter from start to finish and is your point of contact. Advocate B.K. Singh reviews the strategy at the start, before any notice goes out, and appears at the hearings that decide the direction of the case: urgent applications, leave to defend, summary judgment, final arguments and appeals. Day-to-day hearings, mediation sessions and filings are handled by Advocate Sadhna Singh and the associate advocates, who report to him.
Where the defendant is in another state, we work with associate counsel in that city for appearances, while drafting and strategy stay with us. For Supreme Court special leave petitions we file through an Advocate-on-Record.
